On
a hot day in Lebanon, I was sleeping and my mom woke me up because we
had to go to my grandparents. My mom is fairly tall with brown hair. My
mom was wearing a short sleeve shirt and jeans. I was about 5 years old,
a little chubby, and I was kind of a trouble maker. I was wearing
shorts and a short sleeve shirt. My grandparents live about 5 to 10
minutes away from us. When we arrived there, my grandparents were
outside in their garden. I said hi to them and gave them a hug. My
grandpa is tall and strong and my grandma is a little short and is very
nice. My grandpa was watering his garden and my grandma was picking the
vegetables like tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden. I love my
grandparents because they used to make me laugh when I was young and
they still do up to now.
Every time I go to their house, I always had a smile on my face and was happy and excited. My grandpa and I played basketball while my mom and grandpa prepared lunch. I was very happy. When it was time for lunch, we ate outside on a table that is always outside. It was really hot, so my grandma made orange juice from fresh oranges. The lunch that my mom and my grandma made was terrific. They made rice and chicken there were vegetables from the gardens. At that moment, I was thinking that that was the best food that I've ever eaten and that I have the best grandparents in the world. After we ate, I helped cleaning up by taking my plate inside. Finally, after all that we left my grandparents house.
My mom wanted to go to the store to buy some groceries. I remember that I didn't want to go, but then later on I did because my mom said that she will buy me ice cream. We arrived at the grocery store and my mom held my hand and we went looking for the groceries that we needed. My mom got a lot of different things like milk, cereal, fruits, vegetables, and many other things. While my mom was paying, she saw one of her friends there and started talking to her. The woman was a little taller than my mom and skinny. She was wearing a tank top and shorts. The woman also had a daughter my age. The woman told me and her daughter to go play at the playground while her and my mom talked. We went to the playground and slid down the slides and played on the swings. She was wearing one of those skirts for kids. My mom told me that I always told her that I wanted to play with that girl. Finally, my mom and her friend finished talking and came and got us. We said bye to them and went home.
