Exposition: Lena, a 16 year old girl, wakes up on the cold, hard surface of a laboratory table, without a clue as to where she is or how she got there.
Inciting Incident: The last thing that she remembers is an enraging fight that she had with her Dad the night before that had her slamming the door and screaming for a better life.
Rising Action: A man and a woman both dressed in long white lab coats greet her when she awakens and explain that they are from and are in a different dimension and that she has been given the gift of a "perfect life". Everyone she knew has changed, along with everything else in her world.
Climax: At first, she's overjoyed, she has a big house and rich parents, but when she realizes all of the people she loves are no longer in her life she wants them back, so she tries to fight the system of the new dimension to get her old life back and escape this new corrupt world.
Falling Action: On her journey, she gains a friend who can help get back to her old life, she realizes that with going back she will have to loose someone else she loves, and that this time she will never get them back.
Resolution: She makes in back, loosing her new friend but getting back everything else that she had lost, filled with a new appreciation for everyone in her world.
I love how you brought a sort of dystopian aspect into you story, it ties in nicely with the reading the we have been doing. Maybe it would make your story flow better if you established her relationship with her father first, just to make clear why she misses him in her perfect life.
